He represents a diverse clientele that includes corporate industrial owners, developers, TIMOs, REITs, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals and families.

   Known for his expertise in 1031 Exchanges, Craig helps clients navigate sophisticated tax-deferred exchange strategies designed to preserve capital and maximize long-term investment value. His experience includes guiding acquisitions, dispositions, and investment decisions involving high-value land assets throughout the state.

   Since 2010, Craig has consulted on and directed more than $300 million in land sales across Texas. His background in irrigated farming and cattle operations provides clients with practical, firsthand agricultural insight that extends beyond traditional brokerage services. From market analysis and property evaluation to strategic planning and transaction management, Craig delivers a comprehensive approach tailored to each client’s goals.

   Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Oklahoma Panhandle State University and has completed more than 40 post-graduate hours in real estate economics. He is widely respected within the land industry for his professionalism, market knowledge, and commitment to results.
