The primary services offered by Cooper Land Group through the Site include the opportunity for you to request a real estate consultation, schedule a farm or ranch property valuation, explore 1031 exchange advisory, or contact us via call or text. We do not offer the creation of accounts on the Site. The information you provide for these purposes — such as your name, phone number, email address, physical address, and property details — will be collected to facilitate communication, provide premium brokerage services, and manage our business processes.

Information Provided by You

When you request a consultation, property evaluation, or contact through the Site, you may be asked to provide personal and property information ("Personal Information"). By submitting this information, you represent and warrant that all Personal Information is accurate, up-to-date, and pertains solely to you or land you are legally authorized to represent. You are prohibited from impersonating another individual or providing false information.

Use of Your Information

By providing Personal Information to request a service from Cooper Land Group, you consent to our use of this information for business purposes, including:

Communication: Contacting you via phone, email, or text message regarding your property inquiry, listing requests, or for further strategic real estate communication.

Property Logistics: Using your physical address to schedule land evaluations, drone videography, property staging, or buyer tours.

Internal Operations: Maintaining records of communications and transactions for internal purposes such as scheduling, client support, and market analytics.

Limitations on Use

The Site and the services provided are intended for lawful, personal use only. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Site for any unauthorized or illegal activities, including sending unsolicited messages, spam, or promotions;

Attempting to hack, disrupt, or disable any feature of the Site or any related systems;

Accessing or attempting to access data, exclusive listings, or information that you are not authorized to view;

Cooper Land Group Alerts

Cooper Land Group sends SMS notifications to clients regarding their property files and requested services. These messages include appointment reminders, property showing updates, and transaction alerts. Additionally, clients may receive high-value marketing communications containing market trends, new listings, and 1031 exchange opportunities.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

Termination, Modification, and Survival

Your use of the services and content is at your sole discretion and risk. The services and content, and all materials, information, products, and services included therein, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We and our licensors and affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, relating to the services and content, including without limitation the warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of proprietary rights, course of dealing, or course of performance.

Indemnification

These Terms, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to our Services, the Site, and the Content, replacing any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, unless you have signed a separate written listing agreement or brokerage contract with us.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

These terms and our relationship with you shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, excluding its choice of laws rules. You irrevocably agree that the exclusive venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our relationship with you, regardless of theory, shall be the federal and state courts located in Texas.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes that we make will become a part of our agreement with you when they are posted to the Site. Your continued use of our Services or the Site will constitute your agreement to the changes we have made.
